How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We understand the importance of being as discreet as possible when receiving an order like this. This is why we take extra precautions to ensure the package is as discreet as possible. Since the product are small in size, we are able to ship then in small bubble mailers that can fit in most mailboxes. No mention of the package contains will be on the outside to ensure the order is as discreet as possible.
When Will My Order Ship?
Any orders placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day (except during holidays) via Canada Post. Otherwise the order will be shipped out the next business day.

Payment
What payments options are available?
At the moment we are only accepting Interac e-transfers & Bitcoin. Payment instructions will be provided with your order. We will only start preparing your order when the transfer has been received. After we receive the payment, your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

What if I don’t send payment for my order?
Once an order is made it will be placed on hold until we receive payment, we will keep your order on hold for up to 48 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order.
If you need more than 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to give us an email at [email protected] so we don’t cancel your order.
I have sent an Interac e-transfer, what happens next?
e-Transfers can take up to 2 hours to process within our system and notify us about your pending transfer. If within a few hours we haven’t accepted your payment don’t be alarmed. We are probably working on other orders. Orders will be processed in the order of when payment was received.
